Welcome to SproutCare AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SproutCare AI mobile application, web sandbox, companion plant diagnostic features, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by UMIGA BV ("we", "us", or "our").
SproutCare AI is an interactive plant care companion app offering botanical diagnostics, light level estimation (Lux measurement), soil moisture decay curve calculations, watering scheduling, collaborative team/family gardeners rosters, and NFC sensor tag simulation/logging tools.
Our AI diagnostics and botanical analysis tools are driven by advanced computer vision heuristics and simulated data models. They are designed to provide educational assistance and care suggestions for your companion houseplants. They do not constitute professional agricultural advice, guaranteed diagnoses, or official environmental reports.
The NFC features inside SproutCare AI allow you to link physical plants to digital actions by scanning tags. You represent that you have full authorization to place and scan tags within your physical home or workspace environment.
To access certain Premium capabilities (including collaborative schedule synchronization), you may establish shared household rosters. As the account owner, you are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
All application code, visual interfaces, haptic trigger configurations, graphics, leaf-drifting background animations, custom SVG vector designs, and text in the app and website are the sole property of UMIGA BV and are protected by international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial plant care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UMIGA BV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our Services, including but not limited to plant failure, diagnostic inaccuracies, or database connection interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated companion plant data at any time via our public Account Deletion Page.
